In this workshop, which is Part 1 of a 5 Part Series, you will learn about the importance of an effective team to create a high performance and engaged work environment. You will learn the 5 key dysfunctions of a team and how to avoid them and how to build a trusting and empowered work environment for your staff.

The workshop will last 45 minutes with interactive exercises and a Q&A session to follow at the end. A hand-out to reinforce the learning will be provided.
