Women in Technology Peer Group

Though the numbers are improving, we all know that tech is still a male-dominated industry.  We also know the gender bias – whether unconscious or otherwise – continues to adversely impact women.  In this session, we’ll tackle some all-too-common workplace scenarios, challenge our own biases, and discuss tangible ways people of all genders can champion equality and enable change.
