Last week, Pete talked about why change is hard, and how “feedback” can be problematic in his session “Constant Change”. There are important steps everyone and every organization must move through for change to be effective, whether it is a big organizational change, a process change or a performance change for yourself or others. In this session, we will focus on the critical aspect of individual change management, or how to help yourself and others implement the performance changes needed to grow and be successful.
