Today we conclude Season 1 of “Your Mind at Work” (from Pete’s perspective!) by taking a look at the “trouble with feedback”, and the “downside to suggestions”, from a Brain response perspective. Do I have your attention? We look theoretically at why change is constant, but also why change is hard, and the concept of “re-wiring the Brain with new circuitry” to make change easier and more palatable. “Attention goes all too easily to the threat, not the reward”. Why?
