FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 8:15am – 9:30am –
As we enter the world with increased uncertainty and protectionism, global expansion and operations become both more challenging but also critical for SME in the hi-tech sector in order to thrive. This is even more pronounced in countries with somewhat limited marketplaces like Canada.
In this session we will discuss the lessons learned on what does it mean to expand into other markets from various perspectives: operationally, financially, culturally, politically, as well as functionally. We will drill into customer experience needs and pre-requisites to successfully operate in foreign countries (and not only US) but as well as how IP-services based organizations (consulting services, software vendors and other hi-tech providers) can successfully achieve international expansion and operations.
Session will focus on sharing experiences and case-studies from Vlad’s 25+ years of running both big and small global businesses across all continents.
