We established in our first session that Design Thinking and the Employee Experience are a match made in heaven (or at least they are very compatible!). Join us again on October 27 when we will review the first stage in the Design Thinking model, Empathy, and how this relates to the Employee Experience.
We will review and discuss how Empathy creates a deeper understanding of employees’ needs, motivation, and pain points. We will also expand upon the question of “who is my target audience?” by looking in detail at Personas, and examine interviewing techniques to create problem hypotheses.
