In this session, we review how expectations can play tricks on the Brain and the Mind in such a way as to take you from the highest high to the lowest low and back again – not based on what actually happened but based on what we expected to happen! This will get you thinking (and depleting more energy!). It is important therefore to pay attention (be mindful) about creating the right expectations for ourselves and others, because this is how we change the data the Brain ultimately perceives.
