We have another action-packed Design Thinking & The Employee Experience Peer Group for you on November 24! We have made the link between Design Thinking and the Employee Experience, we have described how everything starts with Empathy (listen to understand, not to judge!), and we have done our research and defined personas! Now we are ready to hone in on specific problems…
At this session we are going to explore “Framing the Problem”, i.e. constructing a point of view based on the needs of our employees! We will navigate our way through Hypotheses, Needs Statements, posing Questions worth answering, and peeling the Onion! The fog will clear when all is revealed – miss this one at your peril..!
