In this session we will discuss ways to deepen the product thinking, build a mental model for key levers in the business and discover new creative opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes.

As a group, we will pick a couple of examples of big initiatives your business is working on and will build a mental model connecting it to the desired outcome together.
