Ever wonder if obtaining government funding for your research, innovation or team members is possible? Ever try and figure out what funding you are eligible for? Accessing government funding options may seem to be a daunting task. During our final Innovation Peer Group of the season, Brian Cookson, President of RDP Associates, will help us explore the most critical concepts to be aware of when considering government funding, including how to plan for government funding, the various types of government funding programs, projects well-suited for funding, and how to successfully approach the application process.

Session outline:

  • The distinct types of government funding available for your business/start-up
  • Funding for hiring and training new hires
  • Research funding
  • Assistance in accessing foreign markets including expanding to the USA
  • Specialized regional grants
  • Key to success in grant filing
