When you ask people about their values, what is really important to them in terms of how they behave and how they want others to behave, honesty and integrity often top the list. But how often do we really see that play out in real life interactions with others? More often than we might like, people put expediency ahead of their integrity in order to accomplish their goals. It is not always easy to do “the right thing”, and doing the right thing sometimes seems to hold you back. Last week Pete talked about “Fairness & Status”, and this week we share what it means in the work environment – how to behave with integrity and being humble, and how that can make a difference to your work and your life.
