We may collect the following information through the “techconnex.ca” website, event registration, or other subscription forms:

  • Job Title
  • Company Name
  • Contact information including email address and phone number
  • Other information relevant to membership or other inquiries

Any information we collect is used to understand your needs and help provide you with a better service, such as:

  • To inform you of upcoming events
  • To share information from Peer Groups or Events
  • To respond to requests for more information from those who fill in a form on our website or contact us directly

Your personal information is only used by TechConnex, we will not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties unless we have your specific permission or are required by law. However, to run our business we do work with third parties for things like event
registrations, payments, and our newsletter. We may need to share your personal information with these third parties but only for them to be able to do the work for us. Your personal information may be shared outside of Canada and may be subject to access by the law
enforcement authorities of those jurisdictions in which the third parties are located.
