THURSDAY, JANUARY 22, 8:30am - 9:30am -
In every coaching and mentoring relationship, trust is the foundation and psychological safety is what allows that trust to deepen over time. When people feel safe to share openly, take risks, and explore challenges without fear of judgment, coaching becomes more transformative, and mentoring becomes more meaningful.
Join us as we explore what it takes to build environments where individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. We will look at how trust is created (and how it can unintentionally be eroded), the role mentors and coaches play in modelling vulnerability, and practical strategies for cultivating psychological safety in one-on-one and group settings.
