THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 8:30am - 9:30am -
In today’s work environments, leaders are often expected to move quickly, decide with confidence, and provide clarity, even when certainty is not available.
This session explores what happens when leaders encounter uncertainty, and how curiosity can become a powerful leadership posture in those moments. Rather than focusing on answers or authority, we will reflect on how leaders respond when things are unclear, and how small shifts in language, from statements to questions, can change the quality of thinking, conversation, and outcomes.
This session is not about giving up certainty. It is about noticing what we do when certainty is not available.
