Where you choose to play in order to achieve your aspirations will impact every subsequent decisions that follow. This is where you define your ideal customer, define the scale at which you want top operate (how big or small you want to play), and decide who you really want to work with and support. Being clear on this is critical, as it helps you set the stage, and prevents you from trying to be everything to everyone, which can ultimately leave you resonating with no one.

We will look at how to make “where to play choices”, including examples, and guide you to think and reflect on your own decisions. We will also take a look at the Business Model Canvas as a tool to help map out these choices and capture them on paper.
