Rafael is a Senior Export Advisor in MEDJCT’s Export Growth Branch Export Growth and International Representation Division and he delivers different programs the New Exporting to Border States (NEBS) New Exporters of Technology and Services to the U.S (NETSUS) and other webinars to help companies understand how to export to the United States, and one-on-one export advisory services to help companies develop market entry strategies and export plans for international markets.

Rafael is a seasoned international business professional who brings over 20 years of experience in trade and international business. He has cultivated strong relationships with partners in diverse sectors across Canada and has helped Latin American companies successfully tap
various opportunities in the Canadian market. Rafael has extensive experience organizing high-level government trade missions to Canada and abroad, identifying strategic business opportunities, and delivering exporter training programs. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a post graduate degree in Dairy Science and business management from the University of Wisconsin, USA.
