GOALS

This Peer Group is for anyone looking to develop their Growth Opportunities and Leadership Skills.  It is for people that are not only looking to contribute to individual success but also enhance teamwork, leadership, and the overall performance and reputation of the business.

This year we will review twelve essential qualities of effective leadership, as defined by the Center for Creative Leadership.
